REFUND, RETURNS POLICY, DISCOUNTS & VOUCHERS

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of our earrings.

Refunds are only issued in the case of any breakages upon arrival of your earrings. The earrings will be replaced within 7 days, or if you wish to have a refund rather than a replacement, you can do so.

EARSASS will send you a prepaid envelope to your chosen address for you to return the damaged earrings. We do require a photograph of the damage caused when they arrived.

We will replace or refund your earrings if you contact our customer service team at hello@earsass.com within three days of receiving the item.

If you have opted for a refund, EARSASS will refund you within 7 working days.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only certain earrings or collections will be available within a discount code or promotion online.  THE CATHERINE,  LIMITED EDITION and THE ISSY STAR earrings are exempt from any discount codes unless stated otherwise. 

Only one discount code per person per transaction at the time of purchase can be used.
