The size of each pair of earrings will vary, but where we can we have indicated the length and width of the earrings in the description. Please do not hesitate to email us with any questions about sizes.

Unfortunately we do not do refunds on any purchased earrings that are shipped. If your earrings are damaged in anyway when you receive them please send a photo along with an email and order number to hello@earsass.com and we will assess the damage and send you a brand new pair.

For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of our earrings.

All of our jewellery comes with our 6 month manufacturing warranty. Please note the warranty does not cover damage arisen from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse by the customer such as jewellery which has become bent or damaged after purchase.

EARSASS earrings are made from a plant-based, eco-friendly plastic called cellulose acetate. All products are lead and cadmium free & nickel safe. The majority of the earring backings (posts) are 14K gold plated, some are brass.
